MFS Library Celebrates Children’s Book Week
Throughout the first week of November, the MFS Library celebrated Children’s Book Week, an annual program sponsored by the Children’s Book Council (CBC). This year’s theme was “Read Books, Spark Change,” and the Library asked faculty and staff to participate in a fun photo challenge as a part of the celebration.
The CBC also hosts the “Get Caught Reading” campaign, which features posters of authors, athletes, artists, and community leaders reading a favorite book. This campaign was used as the inspiration for a Children’s Book Week display. Faculty and staff were invited to get caught reading in a photo with their favorite book to foster an excitement for reading throughout the school. Even the MFS Fox participated!
