Kindergarten and MS Advisory Collaborate to Design Dollhouse

Erik Curtis‘s Middle School Advisory finished its service project on February 21 with the delivery of a custom-made dollhouse to Jenny Torgerson‘s kindergarten class. 

Said Ms. Torgerson: “Earlier this year, Erik’s kids came and worked with my class to design a dream dollhouse. Then, with their time together, they crafted a frame for us so that we could build the interior out. Kindergarten is absolutely in love with it and they are so proud!”

Added Mr. Curtis: “We faced it with marker board so that students could draw their own scenes or doors or windows, and we left the inside open so that they can build their own cubbies as a class activity.”
