On Tuesday, October 16, the Moorestown Friends School Girls’ Tennis team captured the NJSIAA Non-Public B South championship with a 3-2 win over Ranney School. They advance to the Non-Public B state championship match vs. five-time defending champion Newark Academy tomorrow at 1 p.m. at Mercer County Park.
This is the eighth South Jersey sectional championship for the program and the second in three years. The coach of the team is Mike Bodary.
