Eid al-Fitr and Ramadan Activities Recap
A number of activities took place on campus to educate students about Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr. Prekindergarten and third grade classes each welcomed parent visitors and learned about Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr, which marks the end of Ramadan. The visitors to those classes educated students about traditions practiced on this holiday through a story, handed out henna tattoos, and led a class craft activity. Middle School students participated in a presentation recognizing Eid al-Fitr, while Upper School Muslim Student Union Leaders hosted an Iftar gathering for students and families.
