MFS Annual Fund Class Advocate
Class Advocates reach out to their fellow peers to raise awareness, build excitement, and inspire others to make a gift.
When you volunteer to become a Class Advocate, you help spread the word about why supporting Moorestown Friends is so important. You will encourage your peers to support MFS, thank them for their generosity, and foster an active connection within the alumni community.
By becoming a Class Advocate, you will:
- Lead by example by making your own Annual Fund gift.
- Receive virtual training and support from the Development team.
- Contact your classmates – by email, phone, or social media – to support the spring Community Giving Days.
- Thank donors for their generosity.
- Receive a special thank you gift as a token on our appreciation.
I contribute to MFS because I am grateful for the formative experiences that developed my character and skills. I became comfortable with public speaking because of theater and choir. I learned leadership skills and the value of teamwork as a member of the fencing team. I became a more active community member during Intensive Learning. I continue to foster close friendships that started at MFS.
Consider which experiences molded you. Which teachers helped you discover the passion for your career? In which projects and activities did you discover a current hobby? As you reflect, consider that even a modest contribution can help the next generation of MFS students form their own interests, develop their own relationships, and build their own individual experiences. By giving back, we show gratitude for the MFS experiences that helped shape us into the people we are today.
