Dedicated athletes Embracing teamwork
Moorestown Friends School offers an extensive athletics programs for student-athletes in Grades 6-12. Most Upper School sports offer varsity and junior varsity competition and Middle School offerings vary by season with multiple levels in some sports (A, B & C). In 2023, MFS changed conference affiliations to the Burlington County Scholastic League after 42 years of competition in the Friends Schools League. The school is also a member of the South Jersey Swimming League.
Every team strives for excellence while working to display high levels of sportsmanship at all times. Recent highlights include consecutive Girls Tennis NJSIAA state championships, several NJSIAA South Jersey championships (Girls’ Soccer, Boys’ Soccer, and Girls’ Tennis), and a number of Friends Schools League championships (Field Hockey, Girls’ Tennis, Golf, Boys’ Soccer, and Baseball).
Many student-athletes pursue careers at the collegiate level and have enjoyed success. Click here to read the MFS Athletics Philosophy.
