An Event for the Books: Edible Book Festival 2023
The school community enjoyed sweet treats today as the third Edible Book Festival – a baking and cooking competition with a literary twist – took place. This year’s festival had 64 entries!
The student’s creations featured scenes from books, book covers, and plays on words from book titles or elements of the story and were crafted from items including cake, fruits, potatoes, and more.
The entries were voted on by the student body through a ticket voting system. This year’s categories included: Most Creative, Fan Favorite, Best in Show, Best Not-A-Cake, and Divisional Crossover awards.
